Nascar Training

August 13th CHC, CSUF and UCR - PBL chapters participated in a training event that raised $25.00 per person for each respective chapter.

During the training the Auto Club Speedway staff told us what to expect come race week. One employee told us that this event is like Disney World for adults; they are full of excitement and anticipation as the engines roar and the starting flag waves through the air.

After we learned a little more about what we would be doing on race day, we took a tram around the surrounding areas to get familiar with gate positions and significant structures at the track.
